Structure:
The building is constructed using a seismic-compliant RCC framed structure ensuring stability and long-term durability. Walls are built using high-quality red bricks or AAC blocks. The floor-to-floor height is maintained at 11 feet including the slab, providing spacious interiors. Anti-termite treatment is carried out as per IS 6313 (Part 2): 2001 standards during pre-construction.
Doors & Windows:
The main entrance door features an 8-foot teakwood frame with a 40 mm solid wood designer shutter finished with PU coating and architrave. Bedroom doors are provided with good-quality wooden frames and 35 mm laminated shutters. Toilet doors come with WPC frames and 32 mm laminated flush shutters. Balconies are fitted with UPVC sliding doors, while UPVC sliding windows with louver ventilators, frosted glass, and grills ensure proper ventilation and safety.
Wall & Ceiling Finishes:
Interior walls and ceilings are finished with putty, followed by one coat of primer and two coats of premium emulsion paint for a smooth appearance.
